It's Not About Me

I am currently EM Pastor at Rock Presbyterian Church in San Diego. I write here in the hope of somehow in a small way shining the light of Christ, doing a small thing to fulfill Christ's command to make disciples of all nations (Mt. 28:19-20), keeping in mind Mother Teresa's admonition that we are not called to do great things, but to do small things with great love.

Why We Live in Community

Anyone interested in the fellowship and community building should read this book. It is short and it is free. And it is powerful.

Why We Live in Community, a free ebook to download by Eberhard Arnold

http://www.plough.com/ebooks/whycommunity.html

With two interpretive talks by Thomas Merton, this little book describes the great adventure of faith shared by those who are willing to trade isolation for companionship, and will further inspire those already traveling the road to community. Free ebook to download in .pdf, .prc, and .epub formats.
